Version 1.3 : 15 January 2002 - Bugfix update. Finally, GCOffline works correctly when called from another program as documented in the programmer notes! Screenshots and other graphical content will now appear correctly. Try this with your favorite Windows Genesis emulator - its great to have all of the GCOffline content just a keystroke away when playing your favorite game.

Screenshots added for Command and Conquer, and screenshots for WWF Wrestlemania - The Arcade Game corrected. This causes changes to screenshot files C and W.

Version 1.1 : 14 September 2001 - A programmer adding support for GCOffline to one of his projects found a few bugs with the way the GoodGen CRCs were embedded. In fixing these problems, we figured out how to have GCOffline work the way it should - all add-on files require the main GCOffline.chm to correctly display the table of contents. A few data entry errors in the Genesis database were fixed. None of the screenshot files have changed.
Version 1.0 : 01 September 2001 - First public release. Introduction pages have been added to all screenshot files. A links page has been added. The FAQ was updated. In short, all files have changed.
Version 0.9 : 27 August 2001 - Tweaked the Genesis.chm files. Now if a screenshot isn't found, a message will be displayed that lets the user know which screenshot file is needed and no placeholder will be seen. If the screenshot is present, everything looks the same as in previous versions. This uses a tiny bit of DHTML (CSS and JScript) to do its magic. Updated CRC32 links to correspond with GoodGen 0.999.6. Added some screen captures for games that don't run in emulators (MD 16 in 1, Pro Action Replay, Super Bubble Bobble, Super King Kong 99, Super 12-in-1, and Pocket Monsters 2), which changes the screenshot files M, S, and P. Added a GCOffline section to the FAQ.
Version 0.8 : 21 August 2001 - Reorganized GCOffline.chm content. Updated the TNN Bass Tournament 96 screenshots (they were the same as TNN Bass Tournament). Updated CRC32 links to correspond with GoodGen 0.999.5.
Version 0.7 : 16 August 2001 - Minor reformatting of GCOffline.chm. All links to Genesis Collective adjusted to open in a new browser window. Added Future Plans topic.
Version 0.6 : 15 August 2001 - Rebuilt help files after adding lots of content to the online database. There are a handful of screenshot additions to the N and S screenshot files.
Version 0.5 : 07 August 2001 - Fixed a bug that didn't include pages in help file if the game wasn't directly referenced in the index. Funny how no-one has reported this since it is rather obvious once you see it. Modified pages a bit more to make it easier to add other systems. Because of this, ALL SCREENSHOT FILENAMES AND CONTENTS HAVE CHANGED!
